Patient's Registration is the check in register for the in and out patients. It records information about the visitor like patient's name, age, sex, category, address, date of birth, however not all fields are mandatory at the time of registration. Some of the immutable characteristics of the patients are compulsory entries, while others are optional. The system generates a unique registration number for each new patient registered which is used as the future reference of the patient's medical record.

Ward resource Bed Set up gives facility to process patient admission and allocate Bed to patient. System identifies the patient as new IPD patient or internal patient referred from hospital. It gives information on vacant/hidden beds in a Hospital. Occupancy status on that particular position can also be found out while allocating the Bed. This helps in checking the availability and allocation of beds. It also gives information about shifting patient from one room to other inside the Hospital. With this facility patient's actual position can be updated on line.

The OT module maintains record of the Operations undergone by the patient. It maintains the name of the surgeon / consultant performing the operation, operation date, details of anesthesia, operation time, actual consumables, equipment used and any exclusive products ordered for the patient.

Assist physician to generate an e-prescription and also pushing details for EMR. Medication Order contains Drugs, preventive drugs, their dosages, administration process, allergy interaction, alert for alternatives etc

Laboratory management facilitates collection of sample and lists out all the sample details. It also generates a unique sample id which helps in identification of different samples. This module provides integrated and comprehensive facilities for performing test ordered by healthcare providers, outpatient or inpatient. It keeps track of the tests performed on different patients and its records will be maintained by the system.
